For a number of years now we have been producing web based displays and other products for numerous areas of the commercial world both inside the UK and internationally.
Our product range is primarily based around management and information displays. However we also create XML applications for the Cisco VoIP market as well as specialist demo software and phone control software.
What we are best known for though is high value high quality displays which can be shown through plasma and LCD screens as well as laptops and PCs.

X-Stats: Gives you the opportunity to display essential Cisco IPCC CCX and CCE call centre statistics on all your Cisco IP phones. The X-Stats application is an IP Phone Application (for Cisco IP Phone models 7940 and above only) that enables non contact centre staff access to key contact centre statistics. Tickertape: For when you want to display your call centre stats on your computer whilst continuing with other work the tickertape solution is what you are looking for. It works by running the statistics you want to see along the base of your screen. You can select which parameters you see and when thresholds are breached the relevent indicator will become red meaning that you do not have to watch the tickertape for changes - it will let you know when you need to be made aware of crucial changes in your contact centre's performance. X-lookup: The X-LookUp application is an IP Phone Application that enables users to search the Call Manager Directory more intelligently. Large organisations will typically have hundreds, and thousands, of IP Phone users, which increases the chance of Directory entries where the First Name or Surname are the same, or similar (the standard text entry method enables a user to simply enter the first initial of someone and search which may result in 50+ returns).
