Securitas opt to deploy the VSR2 Limited Enterprise wallboard solution

Securitas is one of the worlds leading security companies and services a wide range of customers in a variety of industries and segments. They range from governments, airports, critical infrastructure, office buildings, banks, shopping centers, hotels, manufacturing industries, mines, hospitals, and residential areas to high-tech and IT companies. Since the sizes of their customers organizations are so varied, the security solutions are as multi-faceted as the assignments. With this in mind it is extremely important that their contact center environment is optimised. Bucher + Suter AG becomes reseller partner of VSR2 Limited

 Bucher + Suter AG CEO Martin Wüthrich and VSR2 Limited's Commercial Director Rodney Higgins have signed the documentation this day to make Bucher + Suter AG our latest reseller partner. This exciting addition to our team is most welcome and another step towards ensuring our products have the widest route to market through the highest quality of reseller integrators.

Bucher + Suter are contact center experts, offering contact center solutions based on the Cisco Unified Contact Center Platform. Its clients include mainly financial service providers, retail companies and carriers. Bucher + Suter has a strong and committed partnership with Cisco and has developed several modules and application interfaces for Cisco’s Unified Contact Center. The global company has its offices in Switzerland and Germany as well as permanent employees in the U.S. and Tunisia.

Renault choose to deploy VSR2 wallboard solution in South Africa 

Renault have, after careful and appropriate consideration, opted to award the contract to supply their wallboard in South Africa to VSR2 Limited. This deployment is another significant success for our world leading wallboard software.

From 1898 to 2008 Renault spans 3 centuries and is acknowledged as one of the world's largest car makers. Renault demand from their suppliers that they provided the highest level of solution and service such that Renault can continue to provide their clients with the high quality of service they have become used to.

As such, to be selected by Renault to supply their wallboard solution is a very exciting opportunity for us and one which we are very proud of. The latest V4 wallboard will be installed to allow Renault to optimise their service within their contact centre environment.

VSR2 signs partnership agreement with KSS Technologies in South Africa

KSS Technologies have signed a partnership agreement with VSR2 giving them the right to resell our software in South Africa and within the African Continent.

KSS Technologies (Pty) Ltd (KSS) specialises in the design, implementation and support of converged networking solutions.  The company’s head office is situated in Midrand with support centres countrywide, providing a national support infrastructure.  With a proven track record in the Enterprise, Mid-Market and upper-end Small Medium Enterprise (SME) market segments, KSS provides Information Communication Technology (ICT) solutions that integrate with legacy systems or builds solutions from the ground up through “greenfields” installations.  Its approach, methodologies and solutions add unique business value by streamlining processes and eliminating redundant steps for clients within the public and private sectors.

IHI Bupa International opt to deploy VSR2 wallboard solution in Denmark 

IHI Bupa International have, after careful and appropriate consideration opted to award the contract to supply their wallboard in Denmark to VSR2 Limited. This deployment further increases our recognition as one of the World's leading suppliers of this type of software.

International Health Insurance Danmark A/S specialise in worldwide medical insurance and wellbeing. IHI has developed a portfolio of over 250,000 private and corporate customers providing them with superior worldwide medical insurance for more than 30 years.

Redstone have signed a partnership agreement with VSR2 giving them the right to resell our software in the UK.

Redstone is a leading provider of IT and Communications solutions for businesses and organisations of all types and sizes. 

This further strengthens the service offering of VSR2 giving a broader sales base and ensuring the market is served in the best possible way. We are all very excited by this latest development and look forward to working with Redstone in looking after them and their client base.

VSR2 signs distribution agreement with ActiveObjects for North America

ActiveObjects have signed a distribution agreement with VSR2 giving them the right to resell our software in the North American marketplace. ActiveObjects was formed with the vision of creating software solutions that bridge the gap between good and great business comms.

Their first focus towards their vision is emphasizing features and functionality that will really impact the end users ability to do business and communicate with their customers and constituents.

Their second and equally important focus is on reliability. They strive for continued excellence in quality assurance. Moreover, when their clients do need help, their team of certified engineers will always be there to provide industry leading support for them.

VSR2 signs partnership agreement with Ferranti in Belgium

Ferranti Computer Systems have signed a partnership agreement with VSR2 giving them the right to resell our software to their client base in Belgium and Europe. Ferranti is a one-stop solution partner, taking care of the design, implementation, configuration, applications and the managed services of their client's IT infrastructures.

This agreement further strengthens the distribution network and client base of the company through strategic partnering with the highest quality Integrators throughout the world.

VSR2 wins contract with Dick Hannah to supply WEMM in North America

The North American motor vehicle dealership chain, Dick Hannah Auto Group have awarded the contract to supply the WEMM auto login software to VSR2 after a month long evaluation process was successfully completed.

VSR2 signs partnership agreement with Axcess in Denmark

Axcess have signed a partnership agreement with VSR2 giving them the right to resell our software to their client base in Denmark and Europe. Axcess has two offices: One in Lyngby near Copenhagen and one in Århus, the second biggest city in Denmark. The company was named ‘Best IT-reseller’ by the Danish business newspaper Børsen in 2004, 2005 and 2006 and wants to keep that title by continuous growth in earnings and through that strengthen their competitive position on the field. 

This partnership is another exciting step in our programme to support Integrators throughout the world and Axcess have shown themselves to be a company with the vision and desire to be number one in their market through continuously aiming to provide the highest standard of service.

VSR2 wins contract to supply X-Stats software to Cambridge Assessments in the UK

Cambridge Assessments have awarded the contract to supply the X-Stats management software to VSR2 after an exhaustive tender process. The Cambridge Assessment Group is Europe's largest assessment agency and celebrates its 150th anniversary in 2008. It incorporates three exam boards and it is a department of the University of Cambridge.

Rodney Higgins, Commercial director for VSR2 said it is a great honour to be awarded this work with such a prestigious client. He added 'We are very much looking forward to providing this solution to Cambridge Assessments and are very happy that our combination of solution, price and flexibility as well as speed of deployment meant that we were the preferred choice'.

Logicalis have signed a partnership agreement with VSR2 giving them the right to resell our software to their client base. Logicalis is an international provider of integrated ICT solutions, delivering secure, converged computing and communications infrastructure and services. We are very excited by this latest development in our program to support worldwide integrators and look forward to a long and fruitful relationship between the two companies.

 

Having already successfully carried out work for Logicalis internally and within their client base it was a logical next step and one both companies were keen to take.

VSR2 wins Specsavers wallboard contract for Helsinki, Finland

It is with great pleasure that we here at VSR2 are able to announce that Specsavers have chosen our wallboard solution for their new site in Helsinki, Finland.

VSR2 acquires Vichro

We are very pleased to announce that we have acquired the Vichro business and all of it's solutions etc. The company which has been operating in the Cisco third party software market since 2004 has a solid reputation for producing high quality products and maintaining excellent customer relationships. The operations of Vichro will be absorbed into our company. 

 

This purchase will strengthen our business and continues the companies growth through the twin routes of natural expansion and selective acquisition of appropriate companies which can add to or compliment our current business leading to increased satisfaction amongst our clients.

VSR2 announce Focus IT Incorporated Wallboard contract win in USA

 

Focus IT Incorporated have awarded VSR2 Limited the contract to supply their Cisco Wallboard for contact centre management. Based in Phoenix, Arizona this highly specialised US IT company chose VSR2 Limited primarilly for our ability to provide exactly what they needed and our willingness to work with them to ensure the solution was just right. The fact that the pricing was also very competitive was a significant bonus too.

 

Josh Bopp, President of Focus IT, said 'We recently deployed a Cisco IPCC Express call center solution for our IT support services firm.  Upon installation we realized the real time and historical reports were never going to allow for easy management of the application.  Deploying VSR2’s wallboard solved our business need and allowed us to provide superior customer service to our callers.  VSR2 was extremely flexible with their deployment helping us get a wallboard that met our specific needs on time and on budget'.

 

Victor Hovsepyan, the software architect responsible for the solution, was in the US during deployment and so had the opportunity to visit site and meet with Josh. He said 'It is always great to sit down face to face with a client and work together to get everything just perfect. I enjoyed my brief stop in Phoenix and it was lovely to meet Josh'.

 

VSR2 announce Irish Government Wallboard contract win in Ireland

 

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment of The Irish Government has awarded VSR2 Limited the contract to supply the wallboards for their new Cisco Contact Centre environment.

 

The mission statement of The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment is 'We will work for Government and the people to equitably grow Ireland's competitiveness and quality employment'. With this in mind is it considered a real and genuine honour by all of us here at VSR2 Limited to be part of this and do our small bit to ensure that they systems of Government are helped to work in an effective and efficient way.

Upon completion of the works David O’Connor, Executive Officer, ICT Unit, Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment said 'The Department choose VSR2’s Wallboard Solution  for  its CCX contact centre because of the affordable pricing structure, the ability to easily provide for a number of contact service queues and ease of deployment across the wide area network'.

 

David added 'Installation was carried out in a matter of minutes. Remote users needed only a web address and the easily understood interface meant performance of the contact centre could be viewed at any location on the WAN'.
