X-Stats

X-Stats is an IP Phone Application for Cisco IP Phone models 7940 and above that enables non contact centre staff access to key contact centre statistics. These statistics are important for optimal contact centre performance and are also very useful to other members of an organization.

With 4 lines of data available crucial information can be delivered telling you:

  • How many calls are queuing?
  • Is our service level satisfactory?
  • What is the current average wait time?
  • How many calls received today?
  • What is the longest wait time currently?
  • How many agents are available right now?
  • How many calls have been abandoned today?

This application can show a variety of statistics, and can access more than Cisco Contact Centre databases, in fact any ODBC compliant database may be used and information from multiple DB's can be displayed on the same screen. This makes the product extremely flexible.
