WEMM

Time has never been more valuable than it is in today's economic environment. If you are using Cisco VoIP phones and Windows Extension Mobility then WEMM (Windows Extension Mobility Manager) can help reduce login time and ensure all staff are logged into their phones with minutes of starting their working day. With a staff of 100 the login process will use up over 2 hours a day. That is every single day.

1,000 staff each spend 60 seconds a day logging in = 1000 minutes = 16.6 hours = 2+ days

Every day you lose over 2 days of working time. That is almost 600 days a year lost or the work of two entire staff members!

How much on average do you spend employing someone? Double it and that is what you are paying out for staff to log in to their phones.

We can put a stop to that for you and we can save you that money with a significant ROI.

How? When your staff log into their computers our WEMM software will automatically log them into the phone attached to their PC or laptop.

Number crunching… is it real ROI?
The 2008 Annual Survey of Hours and Earnings stated the average UK salary is £24,908 per annum. With tax contributions, managing, locating, heating and subsidising that employee etc., it is estimated that on average annual costs per employee are £44,834.

An employee works typically 235 days per year and their hourly cost is £25.44 or 42p per minute. The logging in of an employee will take 2 minutes with waiting, data inputting and Cisco cycling. Simply put that is 84p per employee per day using Windows EM Login or £197.40 per annum. 100 employees is £19,740 per annum.

Based on these figures WEMM has an ROI measured in weeks.

Scenarios
The Mobile Worker
You take your laptop to any corporate location, connect the Ethernet cable from the IP Phone to your laptop, power up and login. That's all you need to do as the IP Phone will then become your personal phone, with your speed dials, voicemails and your XML applications (directory look ups, stock scheduling, refreshment ordering etc).

The Hot Desk
With a multi user PC in a 24 hour environment (IT Support, Contact Centre, Emergency Operations), no matter who logs in to the PC their details are used to get the appropriate Extension Mobility profile.

The login can even be programmed to match shift patterns

In addition, hot desk staff, who often use mobile phones rather than logging in their desk phone, will automatically be logged in to the phone and anyone who calls them will find them thus ensuring they minimise the more expensive mobile calls saving significant amounts of money.

I simply forgot
It’s easy to do it. A computer user logs in to their computer and whilst it goes about its start up routine they go off to make a cup of tea and on returning check their emails. How long before they either realise it is just too quiet or someone comes and tells them that they have been trying to get hold of them on the phone before they realise they forgot to log in?

WEMM ensures this doesn't happen.
