The VSR2 Tickertape feeds real-time contact centre queue stats to a PC or Laptop as well as being able to be run along the base of a large screen display.
On a PC/Laptop it allows you to continue working whilst it unobtrusively presents the information clearly and concisely. In addition the tickertape can be hidden off the bottom of the screen if desired.
When thresholds are breached you are alerted either in a visual or audio way... or of course both. The parameter where the breach has occurred changes colour to red for instant identification of the issue. If the tickertape is hidden, it will jump back onto the base of the screen when the threshold is breached before hiding again on acknowledgement.
If you spend a lot of time away from your computer a simple audio alert can be given when thresholds have been breached ensuring you are always aware of issues as they arise.
The thresholds for the tickertape change on an hour by hour basis to take into account the changing pressures placed upon the contact centre at different times in the day. This is crucial in maximising performance and reducing operating costs as the dynamic nature of a contact is such that pressures at 9am are not the same as those at noon and 4pm. The VSR2 Tickertape is the only one available today which adapts to these changing pressures on an hour by hour basis across a full 24 hour day.
